Duties and taxes are not included.
Once your item has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please include your phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
If you would like to receive your package sooner, please contact us as soon as possible. We have an priority option for pre-order items.
Return & Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order Items
All items are made to order. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@vielaclothing.com on the same day, as you receive the product.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost or stolen returns.
Incorrect Measurements
If you ordered the item and your measurements were not correct, please contact us within 24 hours.
Reparation Terms for International Orders:
Please note that we do not cover any repair costs for items outside of [Country/Region]. If you require a repair, kindly contact us within 24 hours of the issue, and we will prioritize the matter. All shipping costs related to the return of the item for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Bridal Dress Order Policy
Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering your bridal dress. For international customers, full payment is necessary in advance.
Delivery Terms: We will work with you to determine your preferred delivery date and can accommodate urgent or specific requests. Your order will be delivered only with the express shipping.
Order Status: Our dedicated team will keep you informed about the progress of your bridal order every step of the way.
Latest Delivery Date: To ensure everything is perfect, your bridal dress must be received 1.5 to 2 months before your wedding.
Fit Confirmation: Once you receive your dress, please let us know within 24 hours if you are satisfied with the fit.
Alterations: Any necessary adjustments should be communicated with a photo or video of the dress, and will require confirmation from our tailor. We offer repairs at no additional cost, though shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund/returns : Please note that bridal and all custom-made dresses fall under the “made to order” category, which means they are non-returnable.
