Please note that all our pieces are made to order. Your order will be shipped within 14-20 business days of the order date. Domestic shipping is done by Omniva parcel service or a courier service, which will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking after shipping. Please always include your phone number in case the courier service needs to contact you.

Notice. If you have placed an order to be shipped to a country outside the EU, taxes, customs and import duties will be charged at the customer’s local shipping rate.


We use only organic micro corrugated cardboard and recycled cardboard. All of our items are carefully packaged in unique tissue paper that is acid-free so it will not damage or discolor the items.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our pieces are made to order – please take this into consideration when making your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. As a sustainable fashion brand, we make it a priority to repair your purchased items for free if you had issues with fit, measurements, etc. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at and provide details about the product and defect. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods during return shipping and therefore recommend that you include tracking information with your shipment.


If the customer ordered the wrong size, it is their responsibility to contact us within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. The repair time depends on the type of product and the time period. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way, and with all tags and accessories attached.

Individual order process & conditions

If you have an idea to design an item for a special occasion (weddings, special events, etc.), we also offer this service. Email us at about your own design ideas. When we receive a custom order, we offer the following service: Making the sketch, choosing the fabric and sewing.

As for payment terms, we always ask for a 50% deposit in advance (this applies to both custom tailoring and other services). The duration of tailoring depends on the deadline of the customer.

If the customer is dissatisfied with our service or there were problems and/or the overall product does not meet the customer’s expectations, we will gladly refund up to 50% of the amount paid (the final refund amount would then be calculated based on the progress of the order and production).

If only the deposit has been paid (this applies to both custom and non-custom orders/purchases), we are generous enough to keep the entire deposit.
In the case of a refund, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and refunded to the customer.
